Rooted in mindfulness, nature and community, and anchored by the philosophy of Heart of the Earth Spa, Four Seasons Resort The Nam Hai approaches wellness as an intentional, lived practice. It is from this foundation that the Resort marks Global Wellness Day on June 13, 2026, inviting guests to cultivate intentional joy through a thoughtfully curated program inspired by this year’s global theme, Joy Magenta, and interpreted through the distinctive lens of The Nam Hai’s wellness philosophy.
Across the day, guests are guided through four pillars — gratitude, movement, creativity and connection — each offering a meaningful pathway into wellbeing, shaped by the spirit, setting and mindful rhythm of the Resort.
“Happiness grows with intention and attention,” says Oanh Ngo, Spa Manager. “For Global Wellness Day, our team has created experiences that invite guests to slow down, be present and reconnect with the simple practices through which joy can take root.”
A Day Shaped by Four Pillars of Joy
Joy in Gratitude
The day begins at dawn with a Gratitude Ceremony on the beach, where guests are guided through a gentle sound bath using crystal singing bowls before inscribing blessings onto sea stones and returning them to the water. A quiet moment of reflection follows, accompanied by hibiscus-infused tea.
Joy in Movement
As the morning unfolds, Oceanfront Movement Flow brings together yoga and intuitive dance at the water’s edge, offering an energising and uplifting start to the day that welcomes guests at every stage of their wellness journey.
Joy Through Creativity
At Rise Creative Studio, guests are invited to design and paint their own mandalas, transforming creativity into a meditative practice. Rich in spiritual symbolism, the experience encourages personal reflection through colour, form and intention.
Joy Through Connection
The program extends joy beyond the individual through an Adopt a Tree Ceremony in the Resort garden. Guests may symbolically adopt and plant a sapling from the nursery, with contributions supporting Green Youth Collective and its community-led efforts to restore a local riverbank.
Signature Experience
The day closes with the Resort’s timeless Goodnight Kiss to the Earth ritual. Accompanied by the reverberations of crystal singing bowls, guests release handwritten letters to Mother Nature across the lotus pond at sunset.
A Wellness Destination Rooted in Nature
At Four Seasons Resort The Nam Hai, wellness is woven naturally into the rhythm of each stay. The award-winning Heart of the Earth Spa anchors the Resort’s philosophy, drawing inspiration from the teachings of Vietnamese Zen master Thich Nhat Hanh and the belief that mindful connection to the earth can restore balance within.
Set amid lotus lagoons and tropical greenery along Vietnam’s central coast, the Spa’s treatments, rituals, yoga and meditation experiences invite guests to move in harmony with nature — reconnecting with themselves through stillness, presence and intentional living.
